Our Rarity Bay and new Rarity Mountain communities have homesites available directly adjoining the Equestrian Centers.

Our Rarity Mountain Equestrian Center is now undergoing planning and review - while our construction schedule is tentative (we are building a golf course and several other projects at the Mountain as well), we hope to have this new state-of-the-art facility open in 2008.

Rarity Bay Equestrian Center | Rarity Mountain Equestrian Center

Our new facility features 125 acres, 15 miles of riding trails and a state of the art 21 stall barn, great staff and a setting with a view of Lake Tellico and the Smokey Mountains. Our Tennessee equestrian center has 6 paddocks, practice ring, lighted show ring and many more amenities.

We feature several membership plans for singles and families - you can compete for prizes and awards during our busy show season. Boarding and memberships in our riding clubs are open to residents and non-residents of Rarity Bay. We have scheduled shows in our lighted arena all summer long.

Plans are nearing completion for our newest Equestrian facility. Our Rarity Mountain community will have over 4,000 acres - over 2,000 acres conserved for recreational use.
